Ryan Mortti is an owner-president at Elite Construction Services, LLC. He was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Ryan has spent years developing some of the most successful McDonald's restaurants in Tampa Bay. He got his first job with McDonald's at the age of 14 and was quickly promoted to a shift manager. He later became an assistant store manager before graduating high school. Ryan took over as a general manager of his first location at 21 years old and was promoted again to the general manager of the second-highest volume McDonald's in the state of Florida. With his team of 135 employees and 20 managers, Ryan was able to increase the sales of that one restaurant over $5.5 Million!
