David Richter is a real estate investor. He has been a part of over 850 deals closed during his real estate career which include wholesale, turnkey, brrrr, owner finance, rentals, lease options, and any other exit strategy you can think of. While doing these deals and while helping to build a real estate investing business from 5-10 deals a month to 20-30 deals a month, he realized that as much money was coming in, it was going right out. He had the unique opportunity to sit in every seat as a real estate investor and found a calling in the finance seat to help the company see where the money was really going. He has helped real estate companies completely turn around from going out of business and helped build cash reserves with his company Simple CFO Solutions, LLC. His goal in life is to completely transform the Real Estate Investing industry when it comes to how they view their finances and help bring true financial clarity and freedom to real estate investors.
